Six week course on Wednesday mornings.

Our main aim is to build confidence socially and cooking meals from scratch. Over the 6 week course, clients will learn to cook a range of tasty meals using healthy and fresh ingredients with budgeting in mind. The highlight of each session is the social time for clients and mentors to sit down and enjoy the meal they have prepared together.

Clients receive the recipe cards and ingredients from the sessions so they can practice their cooking at home. There is no cost to the client.
